Word 2004 Crashes After Printing

Network User opens Word, produces document and prints on a Brother 5250 network printer. Almost immediately after clicking print, Word quits with a dialog box with the options of reporting closing or reopening Word.

The document actually prints fine but then you have to either click reopen or click close and then open Word again.

I found the cure for this on the net but cannot find it again.

Any ideas anyone?

No one has had problems with 2004 Word or Excel quitting immediately after printing a document? 🙁
