Ok I admit the title is a little misleading...
I'm currently browsing the net with my Touch and decided to check my e-mails through hotmail. Anyway a friend send an e-mail with a Word Doc attachment, and out of curiosity to see what the Touch would do, I clicked the attachment and it opened.

The whole file opened... admit the font was basic, unsure if thats the way it was formatted, and unsure about page length in word, but approx 5 or 6 page... will need to check when I'm on my computer.

This is a nice feature i had no idea about.
Here's hoping that something is released which allows you to create docs on the move

Isn't it great! That's a Safari Mobile browser feature and discovered when iPhone was launched to public.

I just hope that Flash capability will be available soon.

Safari will also render Excel spreadsheets as well.

You can also use FilemarkMaker to store Word and Excel documents locally on your Touch (embedded in bookmarks), and view them in Safari-

You can't edit them, but it's a good way of being able carry around and view them for reference.
