Word doc saved on desktop. What are the arrows for?

I have Office 2011 for Mac and saved a docx file on my desktop. When I put the mouse pointer over it, two circles appear with an arrow in them, pointing left and right.

Can anyone tell me what they do, please?

The page you flip to is is the one it'll show you if you hit space to quick look too!
