word document is black when opened

Hi. In the preview before opening the document it looks fine. When i open it the 2 pictures are totally black. also need to convert the word document to a pdf.

Do all docs with pictures have the same problem? If not, it's likely the file is corrupted.

To convert to PDF, go to Print > PDF > Save as PDF.

Its because the images are CMYK. Copy and paste them into Photoshop (or similar) and convert them to RGB.
