iPod touch Word document on iPod touch

Is there any way to get a word document or some txt document file on my 2 g iPod touch? I want to use it to study essays and other self generated study guides any comments ewill help! Thanks

Yea, emailing is good or use an app like Air Sharing to store and view the files.

I find that the air sharing app works better than e-mail.
