Word loggin problem

Hi just thought I'd see if anyone can help.

I have downloaded the new word, signed up for a 365 home premium account. But the app won't let me log in keeps saying that I have entered it incorrectly. I have changed password and tried around 100 times and nothing worked.

Don't know what is going on.

Which account are you trying your apple-id or your MS account?
