Word notebook layout customize

Can i customize the notebook layout? Like the backgrounds and themes of the notebook?

While in the notebook view there is an appearance button next to the print preview button on the top. That's where you can change the theme.

I actually just remembered there is also a button near the bottom right that says "customize workspace." That might be more of what your looking for.
