accidently pressed the wrong button and now my Word ducments have the parapgrah symbols and page breaks and all the editing symbols appear

how do i get rid of them and make it normal again?

Click the same button again.. it looks like a paragraph symbol.

If you can't find it, go to Word > Preferences > View: and clear the circled box:
