What is the best app to edit HTML / CSS for your WordPress Blog ?

Should you just copy paste the code into your fav HTML editor ?

Any text editor will do really. I use BBEdit personally (TextWrangler is the free version). Check out the stickies in the web design and development forum here for more software suggestions.

dreamweaver doesn't quite work out of the box editing wordpress files, BUT dreamweaver plus themedreamer is a good combo...
