? WordPress on MacBook Air?

I purchased a MacBook Air 13". I am a new coordinator for a genealogy website and must use WordPress. Is MacBook Air compatible with WordPress or should I use my Dell Windows laptop?

Wordpress will run in your browser and will be device agnostic
It doesn't really care if you are on a Mac, Windows PC, Linux Box or other operating system
