Words With Friends - Notifications Not Working!

I haven't been receiving any notifications for a long time for Words With Friends (paid app). I have it turned on in Notification Center. I've uninstalled/reinstalled 2 times already as well as rebooted my 4S several times. Is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately I don't think Zynga will be much help. That's why I came here. I'm hoping someone has some idea.
