(work) hour tracking app?

Hi at work i keep track of all my hours and hand in my hours at the end of the month.
right now im just keeping track of times in text edit and im sure theres a better way, but dont know what and dont have time to look for it.
any ideas?

Do you need invoicing abilities as well? If so, you might look at these:

thanks for the replys, let me clarify though.
I do not work on my mac, I only keep track of them on my mac.
All that i need is something that i can record my hours, and something that going to be easier and more eligent then text edit.

Work timer will not do what i want it to do
onthejob and billable may work, i'll have to look into it.

any other apps you can think of?
