Work Outlook Will NOT Load in Mac Mail ?!?!?

Hi everyone,

I been searching online and in the threads and can't find an answer.

I have the data to load my work email (using outlook at work) from the exchange server. It works great on my phones and iPad.

However, it will NOT load on my Mac Mail?!?! I am confident the address and details are correct, i even was successful on other devices as I had mentioned.

I work in finance, but not with a bank. Is this somehow blocked by them or is there a solution?

Mail in OS X uses Exchange Web Services (EWS). Many Exchange systems do not have EWS configured.

iOS-devices uses Microsoft ActiveSync. Most Exchange systems to have ActiveSync configured.

You need to contact the Exchange administrators and ask them if EWS is configured properly.
