I have a Roku 3 and recently, Roku updated and released their "Screen Mirroring (beta)". I see that it is compatible with Android/Win devices and was wondering if anyone knows a workaround for this to work with Mac devices. Or to my assumption...this works only by installing Parallels or BootCamp? Thanks for the help!

On a related note, how is the mirroring? I like to push afdah to my TV. The apple TV does this flawlessly. The Chromecast stinks with screen mirroring a browser from a tablet/phone. The playback is very choppy. If the roku actually mirrors from a phone/tablet browser with the quality of ATV, I may pick one up.
I only have Apple products, so I'm not able to use the mirroring. Was looking for a workaround...perhaps one day.
