I love the design and idea of Workflow. In reality i've never needed to automate anything on my phone (and I barely use the iPads but wouldn't need to there either)

I keep trying to think of a use for it, but I just can't come up with one - and I sort of really want one, if anyone's got any gaming changing ideas?

I've been using Photogene4 to resize images for a few years now, (not crop, but actually resize image height/width by pixels) - I don't always want to send full size images via iMessage - or sometimes have image size caps on sites which are quite small - from the iPhone 7, and none of the other photo apps I have installed allow this (Lighroom, PS Express, Camera+). And with Photogene4 going to stop working once iOS11 comes out I've created a few simple Workflows to pixel resize my images. Works a treat.

One of my favs is an Action to open the current Amazon page in CamelCamelCamel for quick price comparison. Also:

* Opening the current webpage in Chrome.
* Download YouTube video to device.
* Email more than 5 pictures
* Open Twitter page in Tweetbot
* Convert Slo-Mo vid into normal
* Archice webpage (saves it as PDF into iCloud Drive)

There's plenty of others. I'd recommend https://www.reddit.com/r/workflow/ - lots of good comments and ideas.

The ultimate purpose of modern electronic devices is to automate you. This app is just a fig leaf, a clever misdirection.

Though two new actions have been re-introduced, there are still features missing from the Workflow app. Maps actions are restricted to Apple Maps...
Not so! At least as far back as the previous version has given the option to toggle from Maps to Google Maps at the very least.

Thanks buddy. I do 99% of my Amazon shopping on the Mac but I will try that for when i'm out browsing on my phone. Open Twitter page in Tweetbot would be handy too.
