A company such as Asus, What do Asus employers expect or look for in somebody in order to be hired manufacturing motherboards job or working in Asus team job?

Companies have different expectations for different positions.

If you want to know what Asus is expecting from potential candidates, read the specific description for a given job listing. Typically big companies will have a careers section on the corporate website.

reach out to headhunters. They'll be able to help you get past the first tier of screening. Companies now use automated heuristics so rate applicants. Headhunters help out in getting past that and potentially a first interview. They'll also tell you what is important to that company and what isn't.

Manufacturing is going to be outside of the US (some locations: Taiwan , China), I'm sure line workers are trained. If you want to get into the engineering side, you're going to need some EE type education (formal, military, whatever), or have some experience with coding things like drivers, and of course there's probably work in the US on the distribution, support services like the websites, marketing side - the latter could have a nice entry point, they generally need people for trade shows, customer service for VARs, etc.

There's a ton of info at ... surprise, surprise, ... the ASUS Career site!

They sure do. It doesn't matter what your resume says if it doesn't include the buzz words that the automated system is looking for. You might be using a synonym for that word and the system won't pull your application.

an employment site such as glassdoor.com can better answer your questions.

We employ headhunters to find suitable candidates. In the time we've been operating, we've only had to terminate one employee whose behavior was so awful and such a surprise to us. A good headhunter knows how to pick and research potential applicants. In other words, they're pretty good stalkers. This is pretty good figure considering the area we operate in tends to enlarge many a person's ego.

I think automated software picking potential applicants out isn't bad as long as the algorthym improves through machine learning. Otherwise, it's just picking out search term results in a dumpster database.

My problem with algorithms are that they typically detect buzz words and not synonyms for those buzz words as well as placing more of an emphasis on how demographics questions are asked. This has been confirmed to me by a family member of my wife's who is in HR as well as some of her friends who are in an HR role right now. When I left active duty before I was recalled my resume used military words such as "Flight Commander" (which has nothing to do with commanding while in flight) and "Liaison to Commander" in the job titles. While I did explain the leadership and advisor roles I held in the descriptions it didn't help much. Now I know why so many people who leave the military serve as police officers as the recruiter for the police force where I lived called me within a day of submitting my resume and he understood every word of it! Actually my interview with him was extremely laid back and it wasn't until I went to a panel interview with the department that it felt like a real interview.

What's Life like in Indiana?
Your first course of action would be to identify the city where the university is located and visit the city website. Typically city websites have descriptions about the demographics, education level, average salary, real estate values, primary employers, weather, attractions, amenities, etc. You can also look at the Wikipedia entry for the city as well for further information.

Since you only list your state in your profile and not your town, it's hard for anyone to say how different you will find the two places, but for sure, nearby NYC is bigger than nearby Chicago.

How do I avoid Lust while I attend Vincenees University? In my Life Every day is a battle with Lustful Demons.
That's really a morality question and I'm not one to foist my own morality on others. I suggest you discuss the matter with a trusted family member or someone else whom you respect (priest, doctor, therapist, rabbi, psychiatrist, professor, coach, etc.).

In any case, you can't avoid lust. It's always out there. It's how one manages their reaction.

Let's say we are walking on the opposite sides of the street waiting for the crosswalk light to go green and some smoking' hot chick walks across one side of the street to the other. While we may both notice, it's how we both process the image and react. Some might turn their heads away, some might run away, some might stoically look forward and think about their income tax filing. Others might say something to her, smile or wink. She's still the same person to all, but it's up to the individual reaction.

It's the same with all of the Seven Deadly Sins or other temptations. A box of chocolate doughnuts, the opportunity to ignore your alarm clock, an illegal parking space, a foul mouthed public transit rider. They are all the same to all of us, it's how one reacts.

I can't help you with what is best. If you are an adult, you are responsible to figure that out yourself.

What an odd post.

What age are you?

If you are an adult, you are responsible for how you behave and conduct yourself while in the public space (and indeed, the private sphere, too).

Anyway, @Bart Kela has tendered some good advice; I'd suggest that you heed it.

How can I get the opportunity to work for Asus technical support or HTC technical support?
By going to their website and applying for a job that you have qualifications for
Applying for the job would be step 1. There are companies and people who will rewrite your resume for you with the buzz words needed to trigger the system. A former classmate of mine from the Academy does this on the side for intelligence people.

This is one weird thread... however, if you want to work for Asus in the manufacturing side, apply online on their job site. Also be prepared to leave the US.

If you want an admin job in Asus, same thing, job site. But this one will be longer the wait.
