Workout View not showing correctly

As can be seen in the screenshots, Average Pace is selected for Outdoor Walk, but it randomly stopped showing up when doing a workout... it was displaying previously and I don't know what changed.

I have an Apple Watch Series 6, latest version of Apple Watch iOS. Any ideas?
