Workout Voice Feedback

Hey - what is the issue here. Audio (like Podcasts, Music, or Spotify) stops playing after a Workout voice feedback — for example, when Siri or the workout voice says “Mile 1 completed, pace 7:45.”

How to fix. Latest Ultra 3.

WatchOS26 has been a disaster for anyone using their watch for workouts and listening to music.

OS26 stopped playing playlists after a metric notification during a run.

OS26.1 stopped playing after verbal notifications at all during a workout. I no longer get my 1/2 mile stats.
Also playlists randomly stop playing the next song but its not consistent.

OS26.2 still no audio workout notification and still random playlists stop playing until I reboot the phone.

OS26.3 is the same as OS26.2

Apparently what was perfectly fine in OS18 is not longer acceptable in OS26 as there has been some confirmation that verbal workout announcements now need a WiFi or cellular connection to work while listening to music from the watch.

I bought the watch so I wouldnt need to take my phone on my runs. This is a huge step back for Apple IMO.
