Atdhe will have the game up on Tuesday. They have all the matches. I use it often when I'm not near a TV for live sports.

Just go to ESPN around the time the game starts (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/world-cup/), hover over the game box, and then click 'watch live.' Try it on the Switzerland/Chile game right now (or when half time is over).

for the US the best sites are :
-espn (in english). with the only catch is that it is through the provider so it's not always possible (for example not at my workplace.
-the very best , imo, is Univision. high quality stream of all games live (in spanish).

both sites are fully legit, if that matters to you.
