Ha, lucky for you, you've never delt with an American Walmart staff. Incompetent doesn't begin to describe them. I seriously doubt anyone got let go there.

On the next note, I appreciate the video. First one I have seen in public, haters be damned.
 
Sure I'll see if I can get some up close pictures of the text rendering and compare it to the 3rd gen iPad. I'll probably also upload a first impression video later today.

Hey... Were many lining up for the new newer retina ipad, or just about all getting the mini?
 
Most were going for the iPad mini. Though I saw at least 1 person that went just for the 4th gen iPad.
 
Thanks for the unboxing. My only criticism is that you should lose the scissors and get a nice knife. All the cool unboxing videos have cool knives. :p
 
Yeah you can if you connect it to a Wi-Fi network first or have a SIM card inside to connect to a cellular network.
 
great video! you covered pretty much everything I would want to know about it.

Just makes the decision even harder seeing how physically nice it really is compared to the regular ipad! love that slate finish

Almost as funny as an Asian dude with Scottish accent in those starburst commercials.

I like to make fun of anglos trying to speak south-east Asian dialects. ;)
 
Great first few min of video, i had to stop watching though..it was almost a spoiler of the excitement i will be feeling tomorrow morning!

very thorough! Thanks for sharing. My favorite part was when you opened the plastic wrap from the actual ipad and said...very satisfying while you tore it off. lol:D
