I am planning to buy a 14 Pro in a month or two. Should I buy it or wait for the 15 Pros? Upgrading from the 6S by the way :)

If your phone still works and does everything you need for now, less than a 6-month wait, I'd wait if it was me.

That's what I would do.

My only concern is probably the battery right now. Guess I will replace the battery and wait.

Generally I would advise you to wait. But if you've been content using a 6S, I imagine you don't necessarily need the latest and greatest. The 14 Pro is a great phone and I have no complaints so I'd pull the trigger if you want to. I doubt it's going to be anything other than an incremental upgrade.

Check your carrier for some deals. A friend of mine got a 13 Pro for basically under $100 through Verizon a while back.

If you really need to upgrade buy the best you can at that point in time, have never done this waiting for next. If you don’t need to, keep the 6s.

That's a good idea, give your phone a longer life even as an emergency backup phone once you switch to the 15 models or something you can think of good use for.

Too soon to tell. The only data on the 15 now are rumors and innuendo. Capacitive touch mute button vs the mechanical mute button is the most likely change. Meh - couldn't care less either way.
Every year we go through these rumours, honestly, if it's time to switch and you feel the phone starting to cause you issues or no longer has updates (which is in this case), I'd ignore those rumours and go with your gut feeling, don't let anyone else tell you otherwise, it's your money and your call at the end of the day.

Also, @cthompson94 pointed out an excellent point, if you didn't see 15 to be to your liking, 14s will go down in price by then so grab those and save money.

Your call!

I would wait. However, if you can get some kind of deal from your carrier that gets you the 14 Pro for free, that would be hard to pass up.

If that kind of deal is offered, I’d take it. Because you might not get the same deal for the 15 Pro. It’s pretty impossible to tell when the deals are coming around, though.

We just traded my mom’s SE 2020 for a 14 for free. $800 for an old budget phone. And no plan change (didn’t have to get an unlimited plan). I don’t understand it, but I ain’t complaining.

This was Verizon. Good luck.

Great idea. I will consider this. I will go for 15 if they offer titanium chassis.

If you can hold out another couple of months, you’re coming up on prime upgrade offer season through the carriers. I got my current iPhone 12 Pro from Verizon mid-cycle, and with the promotions it actually cost me about $300 real cash.
