WOT warning on linked site, how to report?

In the last 2 days I saw two threads about iPhone/Pad/Touch Apps, one of them had a link and the other just a plain address.
When I clicked on the link and in the other copied and pasted the URL they both gave me the WOT warning, both of them red on all sections.

Now, I reported them both but my question is, do the MODS know what WOT is, and if so do I just say in the report: WOT warning in linked file?
Also, when to report, if one section is red or 2-3-4?

In both cases I did leave a comment with the screenshot, both got banned and my post got deleted, I asked for that, no problem here, just want to know how to report and if the MODS know what WOT is.

So, I can post in that thread with a screenshot (With WOT warning) just to warn other people?
(Sometimes it takes some time for a thread to be deleted.)
No problem if my post gets deleted too.
