Would a early 2011 1.6ghz support ML?

I'm getting my first Apple computer in the new few moths and buying the first of a different model could be risky(I think) and I've been offered a 1.66ghz i7 15" for 1,250; could this run ML and if so how long could it go before it can't be updated?

Is it a mid 2010 i7 with 2.66 GHz?
Also, that price is quite exaggerated.

Don't forget the base prices are higher in the UK!

For a 2 years old machine, I would cut the original price (or price of the equivalent new model) in half.
