M M87 macrumors 65816 Original poster Oct 23, 2011 #1 I got the 16GB, but if I could use it to back up my camera's SD card I would've easily chosen the 64GB. That would've been extremely handy.

FreakinEurekan macrumors G3 Oct 23, 2011 #2 Ok, but does it make sense to spend $200 more on your phone to avoid buying a spare $40 memory card?

Of course, I wasn't at all surprised that it didn't work but I still think the iPhone is a great mobile backup solution.

Small White Car macrumors G4 Oct 23, 2011 #9 I'd love this. I take my iPad on some short trips JUST so I can transfer a dozen sample photos over and send them to people before I get home. If I could do that on my iPhone I wouldn't have to take the iPad with me.
