Would i be eligible for a replacement MBP?

I had my MBP repaired 3 times before for the same display issue. They ended up changing the top lid all 3 times.

Now the trackpad is not registering most of the clicks and they told me they had to change that one 2 and that they had to keep my laptop in the store for 5 business days.

Should i ask them to authorize me a replacement?
Would i be eligible for one?

+1. Most probably get a quicker and somewhat more accurate answer, if you just call Apple.

You would most likely be eligible for a replacement if you had the same part replaced three times. I believe thats apples limit.

Stay calm with them and request escalation if you don`t get a satisfactory answer.
I think I`d be wanting a replacement in your circumstances.
