I run a Mopar (Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep) fan site, and I was wondering could I advertise on an local tv station using the words Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep fan site? Without name trademark issues?

The local station pretty much runs a power point presentation for ads.

Once agian this is a fansite, which is not in any way affiliated with Chrysler Group LLC.

Wouldn't the TV station know this? I would ask them first.

Also, for a fan site I can't imagine paying for advertising on a tv station.

Although I'm not entirely sure you need something like that, I doubt there would be any trademark issue as long as you put a not affiliated notice in fine print at the end.

No offense to the OP, but why would you spend $$ to advertise a fanboy site. Heck, I'm not knocking that you have one, but rather you'd spend some serious cash to advertise it. Let google do the work for you and word will get out to the folks who are like minded.
