Would my 2010 MBP memory work in a 2007 iMac?

I have a 2010 MBP i7 and was looking to potentially upgrading the memory. Would my old stock memory from that work in a 2007 iMac C2D?

Edit: Just realized that my MBP memory is 1067 mhz, while my iMac is 800mhz (right?). So I'm screwed here, right?

No, the iMac uses only DDR2 ram, not DDR3.
