Would the Wrapsol screen protector help with reception issues?

I purchased the Wrapsol Ultra screen protector for my iPhone 4. It covers the whole phone including the sides. Just wondering if this will be enough to fix the reception issue on left side of phone? Or should I order a bumper case too? Thanks.

I have wrapsol installed and it does not help with reception. Bumper help it better.
