Would there be an app blocking notifications when using certain app?

The situation is: when using certain apps, such as playing some games, watching YouTube video, I hope there is no notification at all. I can manually turn on DND each time I want to use certain app, but then I will need to remember turning it off or I will miss important notifications.
I wonder, in iOS 9, would there be an app turning off notifications when user is using certain apps?
Or this can be not the form of an app, it can be the form of system settings, Aka "selected DnD.

No, in iOS 9 you can't turn off notifications only when in certain apps.

DND is the only way to go at this point, short of Jailbreaking.
