I doubt it would, but..

I'm trying to reinstall Mountain Lion on my Mac, and it is taking forever. 4/5 hours already and just under around 10% of the bar filled. (Second time I've tried)

I'm going to leave it overnight, but if it is still not done by the morning (unless it's almost there)

It just seems so so slow. :/

Are you reinstalling or redownloading? That sounds like a internet connection issue.

Re-installing.

My internet seems fine though, on this computer (main desktop) it's working brilliantly.
