No today would be the 30th day from release. But it depends on if you ordered online or waited in line. If you ordered online, the day to return was July 15th. If you waited in line at Apple or AT&T, today is the day.

Wrong. It's 30 days from the day it arrived at your house. It's not like you could judge if you wanted to keep the phone on any day before you received it. Come on, use your head.

It's 30 days from the day your fed EX or UPS guy dropped you off your shiny iphone 4. I know some lucky people got it few days before June 24th, so their 30 days were up already. But most of us, it's today.

I'm sorry I wasn't entirely clear on the issue at hand. But even so, the OP still has time to return their phone. No need to berate me when you aren't adding anything of substance to the thread.
I pre-ordered mine. Got it the day before release day and apple told me my 30 days was up the 21st. So I'm guessing it was when I got billed? Or maybe when it shipped from China?
