iPhone 12 Pro Would you be ordering the pro max instead of the pro if the pre order dates were the same ?

I want the 6.7" screen. I am not getting the same phone with only upgraded internals as I already have the 11 Pro Max. The extra 2 months means that the 12 Pro Max will cost me around $8/month less according to their website.

Besides, 'Launch Day' is my birthday!

It makes no sense to me at all why anyone would do this.

It’s like buying a hatchback, when you know you need a Mini-Van, only because the hatchback was available a month earlier.

Unless your current phone is in desperate need of replacing, I don’t see why anyone would let the timing of the release dictate what phone you get. If you want a max, be patient and wait for it.

I was already leaning in the direction of the smaller one. The camera boost in the max made me second guess it a bit, but the 3 week delay sealed it. The 8+ was the biggest phone I ever owned but the 12 will have the largest screen. Nice compromise.

I will painfully wait for the release day , alhough I am eager to get it asap. On the other hand, I will use this time to do some test with a cover I bought on Amazon, and will carefully take a look at next week reviews on the subject.
