So I was reading a thread the other day about putting a case on the Apple Watch. I thought a case on the watch? That's silly! But I ran across this case and thought hmmm, not bad.

I bought the SS With black classic buckle strap, which I love, but also ordered a black sports band to change it up when I wanted. But then I saw this case and thought its kind of cool, and yet another way to change it up a bit. I'm starting to like the versatility of this watch?

I'm still waiting my order to move out of processing but I went ahead and ordered the crystal clear version of this case. I'm not taking any chances on accidental bumps.

Yes, my husband and I ordered a couple of the Spigen covers for ours. We think they look sporty and the added protection will be nice. The one you included in your post is one that we ordered for his 42mm SS Classic Leather.

I've got the 42mm clear version and it fits great! The ports line up and when its on the only giveaway is the clear plastic has an odd texture on the inside (like little dimples?). Still it looks good and I am happy with the extra protection. Its on a SS.

I have that case on my watch Matt.

Only 2 things you may not like about it are:

- It's difficult to turn the digital crown with it on
- Moisture sometimes get's trapped under the screen protector of the case.

Do I regret the purchase? No. It looks great and I can live with the 2 issues I listed above until something nicer comes along.

YES. I have the Orange Tough Armor on the Space Gray Sport and I get several comments on the look. And most dont even know it's an Apple Watch. I also have the Black Rugged Armor and just received my Lunatik Epik this week too

Over in accessories forum for apple watch there is a 35 page thread on this. Yes I ordered the spigen rough armer for my wife and myself. There will be times, working in the yard for example, riding bikes with kids, gun range maybe...that I want to protect the SS from some harsh contact with other objects. I tend to always upgrade to next Gen apple products so I like to sell my current Gen in nice condition. For every day use I won't put it on.

I would if I was doing rough activities (working construction, mountain biking, etc) where I might really damage my watch. But, for just walking around and doing everyday stuff, even workouts in a gym and whatnot? Good grief, no.

After hitting it on a door in a corridor because children at my sixth form stampede to the canteen, brushing past even their elders (Inner rage building) I have become fairly confident in the durability. I go cycling regularly and do not really worry about it. But I admit your idea is the smarter decision!

Be careful with the cases. If you get any small debris or dirt under them they will scratch up the watch more than having it naked will

I have a spigen order pending... Before I got the watch I thought I would swap cases as well as bands to stylize, but the watch looks so damn good I no longer plan to do that. I want a tough case for times I'm working in rough conditions... That way I just don't have to worry about the watch.

Already received my monoy case and I'm waiting on the orzly case to arrive. Will be putting on the armorsuit screen protector as well. I work aircraft so having the most protection is required for my work environments.

Same thing has happened with the cases for my phones. But on the other hand the cases have saved them many times from serious falls. So it's a tradeoff...

I have one of the clear, squishy Spigen cases. I originally bought it for wearing while I work out, but it took weeks to arrive and in that time I found I don't really need it. So now it's just sitting on my dresser waiting for me do something adequately dangerous that will warrant case usage.

The upside of the watch is that, as it's strapped to your wrist, it's a lot harder to drop. :)

I bought the all-in-one case protector to use when I work in the yard and mow the grass. Otherwise ... definitely no case. I don't quite understand all the enthusiasm for cases. It sort of reminds me of the "olden days" when people put those clear plastic covers on their upholstered furniture. :p

I had my son pick up a case at Best Buy for my husband to use mountain biking. I suspect slamming it into a tree would leave ugly gashes in the SS. That's all he uses it for.

Was surprised how small the 42mm watch was, had to get the Lunatik Epik kit to make it like my other larger watches.
