I know some people don't mind the glossy screen of the iMac, but after reading this forum for awhile, I think it is probably the most frequent complaint.
I'm wondering if the new anti-glare screen will encourage more people to upgrade to the new iMac than just the spec bump of Ivy Bridge and USB 3.0.
I also wonder if the anti-glare screen will lower the value of used 2010 and 2011 iMacs? The new iMacs won't be that much faster, but if the new screen is perceived to be a big improvement, buyers may not want the older glossy screen.
I'm happy with the solution I found for iMac screen glare, but it will be interesting to see what people think about the new anti-glare screen.
