I hate the notch on all of Apple’s products. I hoped that Apple would be rid of it by now, but nope. On the iPhone, I just thought of the idea of putting a small high resolution screen on the back as a display for the back camera. And then Apple could remove the front-facing camera and therefore ditch the notch (screw FaceID). When you turn your phone around and face it at you, it will activate the screen and camera. Yes, I realize this phone will not be for everyone, but curious if anyone would be interested. It would come in a new design, let’s say iPhone Airish to the largest extent possible and hardly have any bezels on the front with no notch.

In a heartbeat! If it wasn’t for these vain selfie cameras and Face ID, we’d have had un-interrupted full screen phones for years now.

You have come up with a great solution to this massive problem, not only could people still take selfies and use FaceTime, the quality would be much better as they’d be using the best camera on the phone. Such a shame how innovation is dead.

It would be hilarious if Apple came out with this iPhone and sold a bunch. I know it’s a polarizing idea, but with the right design it could work. All this because there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight to the notch: they are unable or unwilling to make it tiny and embedded in the bezel or transparent in the screen so there isn’t a notch.
