Would you buy the Watch Ultra without the wrist band to save 100$?

Ordered the Ultra with Green Alpine Loop in "Small" (160mm) since I wanted to get it on the 23rd.
Hope it can stretch to a 170mm wrist. Otherwise I will use my older bands, which I have a couple.

Don't know why they bundle the straps with the watch. They should allow us to buy the watch without any straps and save us some money (-120$) :)

Agreed, but the mark up on the bands has to be significant. Apple wasn't born yesterday. :)

I dislike all the Ultra bands. Wish I could bundle it with just a black silicone band but I went with the closest thing, midnight ocean.

Ordinarily, I would consider buying a watch without a band. But Answered no this time since the Ultra is a larger size (49mm vs 44mm of my watch). i would not buy it without one of the bands they offer. Am curious, though, how my 44mm bands will look with the Ultra.

If I was going to buy an Ultra, I would. I'm honestly not a big fan of any of the Ultra bands, would gladly pay $100 less and use one of my existing bands or buy a different one (either Apple or third party).
