Have an opportunity to buy this tonight from a guy on craigslist. Wanted to know if you guys would do this or pass like Steve Nash? I don't really care about the iPad 2 as all it really is to me is a little thinner. (I know it may also be faster but I don't wanna pay for that extra speed). What to do?

I believe you answered the question yourself. In my opinion, this is a very good deal if it is still sealed.
