Would you get black or white?

I'm trying to decide on a cable modem for my MacBook Pro. I've got it narrowed down to a few modems including the Motorola MB7420. It comes in gray with black trim, or all white. It's going to be standing next to a white Airport Extreme router. Assuming you liked the modem, which color would your choose?

my experience with white accessories has found that white can yellow over years, especially with non-Apple products and if in a room where there is more UV light.

I would go with white

The black one could possibly be more resilient as it's had to work harder to get to this point.

The white could possibly be privileged and entitled and not work as hard.
