I disagree. I posted something a few posts back that I have purchased 5 phones, 3 1st generation and now 2 white 3G phones along with four Macs. Not one issue with any of them. I refuse to believe the quality is going down hill. Possible that a few have been skipped in inspection or simply didn't get noticed as bad.
Haha, you disagree and
refuse to believe the quality is going down hill? You realise that means that a refusal means you will not even believe it if it stared you in the face?
Just because you posted about NOT having problems with Apple hardware, you seem to think that noone else has, or that you can take your experience and extrapolate it to everyone.
Many more than a few ones skipped on inspection have been reported. And had it been solely a bad batch, then that bad batch would have already been tracked down on forums on the intarweb.
Well, guess what: Its scary because so many people are reporting problems. So many people have problems that even the ones with said problems are hesitant to have a faulty product exchanged for a new one, because they fear the next one might be even worse.
If that doesnt say something really important about the QC at Apple, nothing will.
Need I mention I also have had a _slew_ of problems with faulty MBPs and hdd-iPods?
Add: Btw, I knew you had written the "sunshine story" (in another thread, btw). But if you read that thread, you'll notice that I already had responded to you _before_ you wrote "I already wrote how a good experience I have had, so noone else can have any problems" (or something just like that).
