I see nothing to suggest that a 4870x2 wouldn't work in a Mac Pro. It needs two external power connectors, and the Mac Pro provides that.

Ya, I dont care about it beating the Mac Pro.

But to me, it is damn sexy and a Canadian company (that was bough by HP :\).

I do like how they mounted the motherboard so that the ports go up into that little shrouded port duct. Very nice. finally a nice looking combuter back that isn't a G5 or MP. I wonder, btw, how many cpu cycles that bloody usb-interfaced screen takes, though. aiya... I'd probably rather chuck it.

But trade the Voodoo for an octo-xeon MP? never! I don't need windoze for gaming. PS3 though.. mmm... yummy.
