Wow - A bad situation to an amazing situation

    Hello everyone -

    Just thought I'd share this story, since it's pretty much the only thing way I can give praise to the Apple store in Short Hills Mall in NJ.

    The inevitable happened today - I dropped my iPhone 3GS 32gb on a concrete floor. Screen had a big crack corner to corner, with lots of little scratch marks. Knowing the $200 fee, I went to the Apple store prepared to pay it. When it came time to explaining the cause, I told the truth to the iPhone specialist, didn't want to mess around. They replaced the screen in literally 2 minutes - before I had even signed the repair order papers. When I was about to pay, the specialist said don't worry about it - because I was honest. It just shows you that occasionally you can be straightforward and polite, and it'll pay off :)

    We don't pay a tiny premium on apple products for no reason :apple:
