The picture shown is of the iPod Touch because it is missing the top speaker. And it shows it being on AT&T and a 3G connection.

It doesn't say its an iPod Touch, and the fact that it says AT&T in the corner indicates that it isn't. This isn't false advertising.

Nah, they're clearly showing you an iPhone without a speaker. The text says "Mobile Phone" doesn't it?

So you try to buy it and find you actually DO get a speaker!

I don't think its bad advertising. They're promoting their mobile website for phones. Its not that they're selling you an itouch with 3g capabilities. Someone messed up, no big deal.

usually for legal purposes they cannot make it look like an iphone! its strange, for instance on tv shows when they have iphones all the sounds and clicks arent actually on the phone! so i came to the conclusion it is legal stuff and they probably didnt have time to get permission or didnt care too much
