OS Neutral WoW Draenor Quest Bug/Bugs ?

I have submitted a ticket to Blizzard awaiting a reply.

I have been playing the WoW expansion and really enjoying it until............

I reached the Gorgrond area and started doing the first quest lines there.

I am at Naille's Watch Gorgrond and completed the Locate the mole quest, on returning to Nialle's Watch and handing the quest in all NPCs vanished, gone, are not there anymore. On the main map right where I am standing is an exclamation mark which says ( Rescue Rangari ) but in the actual area is nothing no NPCs, now cannot continue onward with any quests in this area.

As I say I have submitted a ticket but was wondering if anybody else has encountered this issue ?

There's a few quests where the marker on the mini map is actually in the wrong place.

Check on wowhead to see if anyone else is having a similar problem. That's where I go first whenever I have a quest bug.

Just do a google search on the quest name + bugged.

Yep. Lots of bugs in this expansion. Might be the one with the most I've experienced thus far.

As someone mentioned above; check wowhead.com if you run into anything similar as there are probably others who have seen it and found the solution. You'll find that in 10-15 minutes vs 2-4 days of waiting on a ticket to get a response from Blizzard.
