WoW Error

I'm trying to patch from 3.0.9 to 3.1.0, and the Updater opens up, says "Preparing to update" for a bit, then crashes. This is what's in the error log:

/Users/Shared/BuildServer-Core/work-trunk/core-repository/trunk/Installer/Source/ConflictManager.cpp(358) : Assertion failed: !IsAbsolutePath(path).IsFatal()


Anyone know how to fix this?
