Wow I just fixed a stuck pixel on my iPhone 3g

Thanks so much for that info! I woke up this am and had pixel just above the dock stuck on blue, took my thumb and an eraser and that did the trick! Been about 8 hrs now and all is well. I haven't had this 32g 3GS very long and never had this problem with my 3G. I was really bummed too, glad I saw this post!

cool. it worked for me too. It was a bright green one.

Pushing directly on it didn't work though. I had to push just below the stuck pixel and it was gone!

Yup, this fixed my phone today. Had a green stuck pixel, tried the rotating colors thing and that didn't work. Place come light to moderate pressure on and around the pixel then it started to blink, then it went away. Thanks!

Just replaced my iPhone 5 and got one with a blue coloured stuck pixel. Tried this method and it worked! Thanks OP really didn't want to return ANOTHER iPhone 5. Had nothing but bad luck with it.
