Reality Check: You JUST got off the phone the rep at 8:49pmEST. That's 5:49PST. Could it be that..um..maybe..the lady was overtiming on her work day and was tired? Personally I wouldn't give a damn if she called it MacBook Pro, MotherBoard Pro, or even Mutherf@#$ing Pro. The main thing for me would be that the [computer] that was bought was on its way.

you are making excuses for the lady that is suppose to be doing her job no matter how late it is. We are all human and have our bad days but service is service and it is her job to know stuff....unless she was drunk😉

Who really cares if she called it MacBookJr....damn too sensitive

I'd be glad to get a MacBook within 60 days of the announcement of the product! Though I understand that the giddy feeling of expectation would definitely not be eased by a customer service rep with a wry sense of humor.
