Wow who else has a 2hr update?

So I am updating/connceting my phone and it's literally been almost two hours and i'm still about half done according to the progress bar. This is ridiculous. I need to disconnect and schedule on a day when I have a full 8hrs I guess to sync my phone. Seriously?

There have been times when I had to disconnect and connect again and it was significantly less time.

Not sure why but it has happened

Is it syncing or updating? If it's just regular syncing, then it's making a backup. Just click the x up there by the progress bar. If it's updating, I have no clue.
