Have been searching around and I see some people do some stuff via Terminal to enable NTFS, but I'm not sure which 'tutorial' I can trust.. Can anybody help me out?

This is a must-have for me, really disappointed that Apple still doesn't support writing to NTFS..

NTFS is a Microsoft hard drive file system! Microsoft won't sell the keys to this ANYONE!

Mac OS X Extended is an Apple open technology.

To find third party drivers pick your own at MacUpdate NTFS search and pick your own by release date.

I use Tuxera NTFS with acceptable results. It will allow you to write to NTFS volumes but much less than native speed.
