I'm planning on maybe switching to iOS for the 8Plus or the X (still undecided), and before that, I'm now using a 6s Plus that I borrowed from a friend to see if I can get used to iOS before doing the change...
And now I remember why I hated iOS some years ago with the iPhone 5s, and I also sold my Lumia 920 some years ago (Windows Phone). Writing in Android is simply another level. I use Swiftkey, and the app in iOS, even if faster than the native keyboard, is not as far as in Android, the predictions are not as good, it lacks of the 2nd function keys (for number, punctuation symbols), the comma at the left of the spacebar...
I'm constantly writing on my phone and I think this makes much more of a difference than a little more bezels, more resolution on the screen or a little sharper pics. Why writing in iOS is so slow?
I have a MacBook Pro 15" since 3 months ago, so I can get used to the Apple ecosystem, although I prefer using google photos instead of iCloud, the applications are fine, the phone is super smooth (not as fast as Android, but smoother for sure), but really the problem with the keyboard is driving me crazy and might be the reason for me to finally go for the Note 8 instead of one of the iPhones (I really want a good portrait mode, and I really prefer the pics in the iPhone because of the better color/contrast processing).
Any other power used annoyed by how writing in iOS is?
