Writing on a screenshot

I've been using the note series until I converted to the 6s plus. Love it. One thing a miss with the note is the ability to take a screenshot and handwrite on the photo. Is there anything like that with ios?

A screen shot is nothing more than a graphic image. So find any graphic editing package that allows drawing, and you're good to go. That would be pretty basic functionality.

Or am I missing something?
